Last Order Dates

Due to service disruptions with Royal Mail and Parcel Force, unfortunately, your parcels are sometimes taking a little longer than usual to arrive!

We are doing everything we can by dispatching all orders within 1 working day and sending all UK orders via a 24hr service. However, due to the ongoing strikes, even this service is experiencing delays.

Royal Mail have advised on final posting deadlines. Based on these, we have set the following date as an order deadline for getting your items in time for Christmas:

Any orders placed after this deadline may not arrive in time, although we will do our very best to get your gifts to you, right up until the 23rd December (after which our team are going on a well-deserved break for the Christmas period!)

*Please note, we have set this deadline based on the latest information provided by Royal Mail. The workforce strikes and service disruptions are on-going, and they are updating businesses daily. As a result, although we will definitely send your order in time, we cannot guarantee that your parcel will arrive before 25th December, even if placed before this deadline. This deadline refers to UK orders only. The deadline for International orders has now passed, and any items shipped internationally are likely to arrive after the 25th December.
