100% Recycled Frames.
Made with fishing gear recovered from the UK coastline.
Built with Traceable Marine Plastic™.
Trace the marine plastic in your sunglasses with the QR code included with every pair.
We began Waterhaul with a conviction that the sunglasses we wanted didn’t exist yet – and so we set out to create them.
Since 2018, sunglasses have been at the cornerstone of driving Waterhaul’s mission and impact, aiding us in creating a sustainable pathway to recover and recycle the ocean’s most harmful plastic, at scale, directly from the UK coastline.
FAQ's
Yes! Every pair of Waterhaul frames comes with a circular lifetime warranty; we'll repair or replace your broken frames, free of charge, forever. Then, just like the fishing gear we recover, your broken frames will go back into our closed-loop recycling process to be turned into a new product.
Please note, we will not replace frames that have sustained superficial damage, such as minor scuffs or usual wear and tear, and we cannot replace lost frames.
For broken Polycarbonate+ lenses, we charge a small fee (£20-£22.50) to cover replacement lenses, fitting, and postage back you.
We don’t make a profit on lens replacements to encourage repair of the glasses and frame re-use.
