Good night for shucking oysters and has worked well. I like the handle which has a good non-slip grip and allows you to perform the task it’s designed for

Looks and feels great. Not tried yet as oysters are/should be out of season. I’m sure it will perform well. I have used many other versions and this one just looks right. I’m sure it will perform well

excellent shucker

Came across this knife through a google search. I run foraging and cooking lessons. Very pleased with the shucker, very effective blade design and the guard is ideal for beginner shuckers. Most of all, great ethics and something I'm pleased to be supporting
